Returns Policy
At Eloise Home, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.
Fabric & Wallpaper
All our fabric and wallpaper are made to order; therefore, we are unable to offer refunds once payment has been made unless the item is faulty. Please inspect your fabric or wallpaper for any defects before cutting. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if the fabric or wallpaper has been cut or made into curtains, blinds, furniture etc.
If you are sending fabric directly to an upholsterer or maker, please ensure they verify the pattern, colour, quantity, and that there are no faults before use. If fabric is sent to a third party without prior inspection, this is done at your own risk.
In rare cases of faults, we may require photos of the issue and a physical inspection via our printers to confirm the problem. Most order issues arise from incorrect pattern, colour, or quantity selection, so please check all details carefully before ordering.
Made-to-Order Products
For made-to-order items such as headboards, once payment has been received, we cannot accept cancellations, modifications, or provide refunds. In rare cases of faults, as with our fabric and wallpaper, we may require photos of the issue and a physical inspection to confirm the problem. Most order issues arise from incorrect pattern, colour, or quantity selection, so please check all details carefully before ordering.
Faulty Items & Replacements
If you experience any issues with our products, you must notify us within 28 days of delivery at hello@eloisehome.com. If a fault is confirmed, we will arrange collection and organise a replacement as quickly as possible.
Returns for Homewares
For returnable items such as cushions, napkins, or lampshades, please email hello@eloisehome.com with your order number. You have 28 days from the delivery date to return these items.
