Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number when necessary. 

Shipping Times by Product Type

• Fabric and Wallpaper: These are made to order and may take up to 10 working days. International shipping options and times are on our checkout page. 

• Headboards: These are made to order and will take approximately 8 weeks for delivery.

• Samples & Homewares (e.g., cushions, table linen, lampshades): These items typically ship within 3-5 working days.

• Shipping costs and options will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping & Customs Fees

• For orders outside the United Kingdom, local customs duties and taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations.

• Eloise Home does not cover these charges. The shipping company will contact you if customs fees are due.

• Customs processing may delay delivery times, and payment of any duties is the customer's responsibility.

Delivery & Address Responsibility

• If you provide an incorrect delivery address or send an order to a third party, Eloise Home is not responsible for re-shipping the order.

• We are not liable for delivery delays due to restricted access to the property.

• Delivery dates are not guaranteed, as shipping times vary based on location, customs processing, and courier schedules.
